Our 25,000-Square-Foot Gym with a view of the city ensures your best workout. Our personal training room is complete with four different personal training zones that will be equipped with resources to ensure all of your training needs are met.

Aside from our four personal training zones, we also have two studios where Zumba®, Step 360®, kickboxing, muscle conditioning, belly-dancing, hip-hop, Spinning®, yoga, and Pilates reside.

Whether you are just embarking on your fitness journey or if your a seasoned veteran, we have everything you need to meet your goals. Don't sweat it if you need some guidance. Our instructors are extensively trained in nutrition, human physiology, biomechanics, and corrective exercise
